REMOTE MONTANA ESTATE PLANNING
Estate planning is an important process that involves making arrangements for the transfer of your assets after your death. It involves creating a will, perhaps establishing a trust, and designating beneficiaries for your assets. Proper estate planning can help ensure that your assets are distributed according to your wishes and also help minimize taxes and other expenses.
Currently, Vinson Law is fully remote. The estate planning process will be remote aside from a curbside signing. Some people prefer in-person appointments and that is genuinely appreciated. For those that desire a remote process, Vinson Law may be a perfect fit.
Reach out by text, phone or email to see if we can work together.
1
REMOTE ESTATE PLANNING
Your estate planning begins with contacting Vinson Law. If an Attorney-Client relationship is established, I will send you an Estate Planning Questionnaire for you to complete and return.
2
PHONE OR ZOOM APPOINTMENT
After I review your Estate Planning Questionnaire we meet, remotely, to discuss your goals and wishes and for you to ask questions.
3
DRAFTING
I prepare your estate planning documents to fit your needs. Next, I send them to you for your careful review.
4
CURBSIDE SIGNING
Once all is true and correct, and you agree, we meet for a curbside signing in Libby, Montana.
If you are not in Lincoln County, I can send the completed documents for you to sign in front of a Notary Public and 2 witnesses.
